Our processing usually takes about 5-10 days (depending on how overwhelmed we are in orders). 

Shipping to the US is 10-15 business days.

Shipping to Canada is 12-20 business days.

Our website only allows 1 attachment to be submitted per item. But you have a few options:

- You can create a collage of your favorite pictures and submit that, or

- You can create a zip file with your images and submit that.

-You can also send it to us via WhatsApp.

If you want to combine 2 of your photos into one outline (people from one, backgroun from another, for example), just place those specific instructions on the notes of your order.
