How can I edit my order after it's been placed?
Our outliners and digitizers go straight to work on your order as soon as it has been placed, so images cannot be edited after your order is in our system. If there was an error in your order confirmation, please let us know as soon as you can. Our email is drilk816@gmail.com or WhatsApp.
How do I submit multiple pictures?
Our website only allows 1 attachment to be submitted per item. But you have a few options:
- You can create a collage of your favorite pictures and submit that, or
- You can create a zip file with your images and submit that.
-You can also send it to us via WhatsApp.
If you want to combine 2 of your photos into one outline (people from one, backgroun from another, for example), just place those specific instructions on the notes of your order.
